Mission
The Mission of Habitat’s ReStore consists of three major points:
Many of our donated items came from people who are remodeling their homes. We also receive tons of donated items from builders, contractors, businesses, and corporations.
Everyday we receive new deliveries of good quality cabinets, doors, sinks, lighting, windows, fixtures and much more. If you don’t find what you are looking for, come back the next week and you may be able to find it! We participate in deconstruction efforts as well.
If you are aware of a property slated for demolition, please contact Habitat’s ReStore and we will go in and salvage what we can. We will work with the property owner to get permission granted before removing any material.
Donation Guidelines
All items are evaluated to obtain a high standard of quality for the items the ReStore has for sale.
When you donate to the ReStore, not only are you diverting items from the waste stream, you are also helping Habitat for Humanity build more homes in Marshall County. Your donations also provide items for area residents to purchase for their home improvement needs at bargain prices. They are tax deductible, and you can obtain a receipt for them.
Volunteer Information:
The ReStore is always looking for volunteers. If you are 18 years of age or older, you can be a volunteer! Contact Steve at the ReStore for a wonderful volunteer opportunity.
You can save time by filling out the Liability Waiver Form before coming in.
